For flows from 10 – 1,000 GPM, Beckart Environmental manufactures settling clarifiers and systems designed for optimal removal of heavy metals, TSS and other contaminants. Our standard designs are customized for your application and can be provided as a stand-alone replacement clarifier or as part of a complete industrial wastewater treatment system. Critical components are manufactured in-house and we support our systems with a full team of engineers (electrical, mechanical and chemical).

Slant plate clarifiers have been the standard for metal finishing waste treatment and Beckart has a complete clarifier product line. Separation plates are sloped 55 degrees from horizontal with 2” spacing between plates providing optimal floc and metals sedimentation.

Modified FRP cone tank settling clarifiers are ideal for higher solids waste water treatment systems. The steeper the cone, the more effective the separation in most applications. The FRP design eliminates concerns regarding corrosion that is more typical in the slant plate clarifier design.
