Multi-Batch Wastewater Treatment System Design

The multi batch is the perfect system for high strength wastewater treatment and waste streams with high variability. The design allows for the batch treatment of wastewater and separates the dewatering portion of the design allowing for batches to be run every 4 hours in most applications. The settled sludge in the treatment tank is sent to a sludge holding tank and then to a Beckart Hypack filter press for dewatering. The design:
